Applied Technical Systems (ATS) provides search and information analysis solutions to intelligence agencies, Homeland Security, law enforcement, and the Department of Defense. ATS’ patented data constructs, algorithms, modeling techniques and visualization systems enable clients to derive meaningful relationships and inferences from numerous sources in real time. ATS engineers have developed a variety of software applications that leverage their Contiguous Connection Model’s data mining capabilities for customers including the United States Army Intelligence & Security Command, the United States Navy SPAWAR, and IIT’s parent company, Electronic Warfare Associates.

Hatha Systems also specializes in Certification and Accreditation and the Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP).
Icons International Consultants (IIC) is a section 8a, woman-owned small business chartered in the State of Texas. IIC provides meaningful Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) support to the U.S. government, primarily the Department of Defense in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. IIC provides consultant, survey, evaluation, and training services to satisfy a wide range of AT/FP requirements. Each IIC employee is a highly qualified, experienced AT/FP specialist who has served on active duty in the U.S. military and can provide the talent needed to solve complex problems related to security and combating terrorism.
L-3 GSI specializes in information technology services, security systems solutions, engineering services, analysis, and program services for the Department of Defenses Homeland Security, the United States intelligence community, and several civilian, federal, state and local agencies. In addition, L-3 GSI has a wholly owned subsidiary, D.P. Associates Inc. (DPA), specializing in Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI), high-speed training delivery systems, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM), as well as engineering and program acquisition support services.
Potomac Fusion, Inc.(PFI) is a certified small business that leverages rapid-paced advances in information technology to help satisfy the critical needs of its customers. PFI has developed a variety of data fusion services that combine data from multiple intelligence sources and provide the intelligence analyst the ability to analyze, filter, and visualize that data. PFI also has products and services that provide entity extraction, data management and content tagging of intelligence data. PFI delivered and maintains a secure web portal for analyzing and visualizing linked/related data.
SRI is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that offers an extensive range of environmental and operational training, support, and logistical management for all phases of emergency preparedness. Some of the types of training provided by SRI includes Bio-defense/Terrorism, Counter-Narcotic Interdiction Training, Emergency Response to Terrorism, Threat Assessment, Border Security Preparedness Training, and Exercise Development for natural disasters.
T-3 Solutions is a very small business (currently only certified small in the State of Georgia) that has focused on three key business elements: MASINT, Vulnerability Assessments and Program Management. T-3 currently has employees at two MASINT locations, Ft. Gordon and MacDill AFB, doing analytical and requirements/collection management, supporting ongoing military operations. T-3 employees have completed vulnerability assessments at over 40 worldwide locations on behalf of DOD, DOE, DOS and DSS. Corporately, T-3 has significant experience conducting high-level program management (>100 Million) for multiple government agencies.
