Seaport-E Customers require both finished-product deliverables as well as participation in collaborative development processes with federal, State, local, and private sector partners, our Team will employ a structured QA process, led by an independent corporate QA Manager, that is designed to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services that are free of errors, inconsistencies, unsupported assertions, or any other defects. The QA process depicted below has been institutionalized within our corporate structure.

Our QA plan will be used to ensure the quality of the data and/or information, the appropriateness of the data analysis techniques, and all other key task components. IIT will also employ a number of interim QA checks to ensure quality throughout the course of task execution. These checks may include: spot checks to ensure that quality objectives are being met; in-progress reviews and evaluation of research accuracy; parallel testing; regularly scheduled staff meetings to discuss work in progress; and general oversight by an assigned individual not directly involved with the review. This QA process includes a continuous review of all security and privacy requirements and processes.
